Terms and Conditions
All orders accepted and work undertaken by Tailor made Moments is on the understanding that the client has read and agreed to Tailor made Moments Terms and Conditions. It is therefore the client’s responsibility to check these Terms and Conditions before entering into a contract with Tailor made Moments. All designs are the property and copyright of Tailor made Moments and may not be reproduced by yourself or any third parties.
Tailor made Moments reserve the right to use any of your stationery to promote our products and services, however, we will never share any of your personal information with third parties. If you would prefer your stationery to not be used by Tailor made Moments, please contact Tailor made Moments to advise
All our products and services are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to alter product descriptions or pricing without notice. If booking your wedding stationery in advance of 12 months or more and increase in prices may occur on your quotation to cover increased supplier costs.
Whilst we endeavour to ensure our product images are as accurate as possible, there may be colour variations when viewed on different computer screens and devices. Therefore, slight variations may occur between onscreen products, proofs (where applicable) and the final printed item. If the client orders Wedding Stationery in stages, then we cannot guarantee continuity of design.
Pre-booking studio time for future dates
If you wish to pre-book studio time for a future date. You can reserve your studio time by paying a £100 deposit (non-refundable on cancellation) which will be deducted from your final payment. This deposit will guarantee that you have your studio time reserved with Tailor made Moments. Tailor made Moments will advise on the time frame for your stationery reservation. If you need to move this time frame, this will need to be agreed upon by Tailor made Moments within 4 weeks before your agreed reserved dates. This option is only available on Wedding Invitations and On the Day Stationery. If for any unforeseeable reason covered in the Liability section Tailor made Moments cannot fulfil your booking your deposit will be refunded in full, and guidance will be given on finding a suitable alternative supplier.
If your stationery is quoted on at point of taking the studio booking deposit prices are subject to change due to cost rises from our supplier chain that are out of our control. Any changes will be discussed with you.
Booking and cancellation of wedding goods
On booking with Tailor made Moments a £100.00 deposit will be required to secure your wedding stationery design and studio date. All deposit payments must be made within 14 days of the customers invoice being issued; non-payment of deposits will result in any order being cancelled.
At time of deposit payment, a written confirmation, invoice and production schedule will be issued, it is the customers responsibility to read all paperwork carefully, should any amendments to production dates, delivery dates or order details be required, the customer should notify Tailor made Moments within 14 days of the date of issue in writing, unfortunately any amendments after this time cannot be guaranteed.
A sample request does not guarantee studio space is available for a specific date, space is only guaranteed on receipt of deposit/booking fee.
Should at any time the customer wish to cancel their order, notice of any cancellation must be made in writing to Tailor made Moments by either email or letter, it is the customers responsibility to ensure that Tailor made Moments receive the notification of cancellation, the date of cancellation will be deemed as the date Tailor made Moments receive the written notice of cancellation and acknowledge the client’s cancellation.
In the circumstance of cancellation, the Customer will be liable for the following sums:
Within 14 days of receiving deposit/Booking Fee – No fees payable and a full refund of the deposit/booking fee will be issued – In the case that supplies have already been ordered to complete the customer's order, these costs including any related postage charges will be forfeited.
A cancellation less than 3 months prior to the date of the customers confirmed production date/wedding date, will result in the full invoice balance being due
Final payment of all invoices is due by the date stated on your invoice, failure to make payment by the date stated on the invoice will result in your order being cancelled, and any monies paid will be forfeited
All proofs will be sent by email unless otherwise requested. Tailor made Moments take great care and time to ensure all information on your stationery is accurate, however, it is the responsibility of the client to proofread and check the spelling, grammar and layout of the design before giving Tailor made Moments final signoff and instructions to print.
The customer must make sure the proof is exactly as required prior to acceptance, all proofs are sent in electronic format, and acceptance of proofs will be acceptable in the form of a return email from the original proof email sent. Tailor made Moments cannot be held responsible for any mistakes found following acceptance of a proof, should any mistakes be found following acceptance of a proof, an additional charge will be incurred to reproduce items. All text used will be copied from the submitted text provided by the Customer.
3 rounds of amends and proofing have been factored into the pricing of your stationery and to ensure full customer satisfaction. Any rounds of amends after the allocated 3 will incur an additional £10 per round of amends charges
Tailor made Moments cannot be held responsible for late delivery if you have failed to pay your full balance by the required date.
At time of booking Tailor made Moments will supply you with a print deadline date and time for the artwork to be signed off by you. should the customer fail to confirm acceptance of proofs by the agreed date, Tailor made Moments cannot be held responsible for late delivery. Changes to quantities or additional items can also not be added at this stage unless previously discussed with Tailor made Moments, adding additional quantities/items may incur an additional charge on top of the items original cost.
We try to make the delivery process as simple as possible and can send your order either to your home or to your place of work. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. We are a small business in a rural location so off the shelf items such as greeting cards will be posted 2-3 days after ordering. If you require quicker, please let us know and we will endeavour to do our best to help you out.
For personalised items such as ‘Save the Date’ ‘Wedding Stationery’, ‘On the Day’ etc. please allow 4 weeks from sign off to delivery and allow 5 working days before contacting us. You will be notified of dispatch. Please allow up to 5 working days for a pdf proof of your wedding stationery after the initial order. We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.
All small orders are sent out via royal mail 1st class post service if your order is over £15.00 it will be sent out via royal mails recorded packet service, which will need a signature.
Tailor made Moments are not responsible for Royal Mail delivery times. All delivery times are approximate.
All of our personalised items are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of receiving the product. Should you wish to return a product, please contact us, detailing the reason you wish to return the product and we will send you further details.
Unless faulty, products must be returned at your expense in the same condition that they have been received. Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of posting.
Personalised items unless faulty are not refundable.
We try very hard to ensure that you receive your order in pristine condition. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 72 working hours (this timescale may be longer if the item is personalised and requires a reprint). Any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back to you.
On personalised goods Tailor made Moments will make all reasonable efforts to check content supplied, but any spelling/grammar/contact details will be the responsibility of the customer to approve the supplied digital artwork before designs are sent to print. After digital artwork has been approved and sent to print NO amends or refunds can be issued.
If Tailor made Moments fail to deliver the order for any reason other than an event/reason beyond Tailor made Moments reasonable control, or through the no fault of the customer and Tailor made Moments is liable to the customer. Tailor made Moments liability shall be limited to the invoice price of the goods.
Tailor made Moments shall not be liable to the customer or be deemed in breach of the agreement by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform any of Tailor made Moments obligations in relation to the goods if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond Tailor made Moments reasonable control. Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, the following shall be regarded as causes beyond Tailor made Moments reasonable control:
Act of God, explosion, flood tempest, fire or accident, pandemic
War or threat of war, sabotage, insurrection, civil disturbance or requisition.
Acts, restrictions, regulations, byelaws, prohibitions or measures of any kind on the part of governmental, parliamentary or local authority
Import or export regulations or embargoes
Strikes, lockouts or any other industrial actions or trade disputes (whether involving employees of Tailor made Moments or of a third party)
Difficulties in obtaining raw materials, labour, fuel, parts, or machinery.
Power failure or breakdown in machinery.
Payment and contact
Payment is accepted by Paypal, or bank transfer. Payment will be debited at the time of purchase, or soon thereafter. Once payment has been taken for either your deposit or full order, you have agreed to adhere to and bound you in contract to Tailor made Moments full Terms and Conditions.

Whilst we aim to keep the information up to date and correct, we make no guarantees of any kind, regarding the accuracy, suitability, or availability with respect to the website or the information, products, services, or related designs.
Any reliance you place on such information is strictly at your own risk.
Tailor made Moments take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control. We will not be responsible for any loss of content/material uploaded or transmitted through the website.
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
Conditions of use
Tailor made Moments and its affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following conditions. Please read them carefully, Tailor made Moments controls and operates this site from its offices within the UK. The laws of England and Wales govern claims relating to including the use of this site and materials contained. If you choose to access from another country, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local lands.
This website and its design, and all its contents and design, are the sole property of Tailor made Moments. Any reproduction of part or all of its contents is strictly prohibited and is protected by international copyright laws. Any improper or illegal use of the stationery, artwork or designs will be pursued. If many choices of design are presented, only your chosen option will be deemed as Tailor made Moments fulfilling the contract and all other design variations and proofs will remain the property of Ellie and Liv unless otherwise agreed in writing.
If the client should provide Tailor made Moments with any text, images or illustrations of their own, the ownership of such materials will remain with the client or rightful trademark/copyright owner.
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint, please contact us by email in the first instance so we can respond appropriately and try to resolve your issue.
