Ordering
How to place an order
It's very easy to place an order with us; simply send us an email detailing what items you would like to order, along with the qualities
A £50.00 deposit is required within 14 days of placing an order to confirm your booking for Invitations and Stationery
or
20% of the total invoice if venue styling is included
You will be issued with a full written confirmation detailing the items you have ordered along with the quantities and a full scheduled detailing when information is required, along with production dates and order completion dates, for invitations and stationery
As we know numbers for guests and day stationery are not set in stone until you receive your guest's RSVP's, therefore we issue separate invoices for invitations and day stationery and venue styling, the balance for each invoice is due 30 days prior to the date we commence creating your proof's and stationery (6 weeks before the date of your event for venue styling
You will be issued with a PDF proof for approval for every item you order prior to any printing of any invitations and stationery
By making a booking Fee or Full Invoice payment you agree to our Terms and Conditions
